REFUNDS, EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

Our refund, exchange, and return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of package receipt. After 14 days from receipt, we cannot accept exchanges or returns.

To accept a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Exchanges and returns do not apply to items such as:

  • Intimate accessories and underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Products made to customer specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Fabrics, as they are cut to customer order, except for full pieces (5 meters) of the same print.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts due to reasons other than a company error.
  • Any item returned after 14 days from receipt.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund to your original credit card or payment method within approximately 15 days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please contact your credit card company or bank. There may be some processing time before an official refund is posted.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or in the case of a size change. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at admin@crdko.com.


RETURNS

To return your product, please email us at admin@crdko.com, and we will provide you with the corresponding instructions and return address.

The customer will be responsible for the charges related to the return and shipping of the product, and these charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure its arrival at the destination.
